Hippocrates Table 28-Day Meal Program is a plant-based, whole food, low fat, no added oils diet that is high in protein. (All plants contain protein, not just beans and lentils. Broccoli has more protein per calorie than steak).

This is a diet rich in food-based nutrients. The only supplements recommended to complement these meals are B-12, vitamin D and flax seed for omega-3. On this diet, there are no limits on how many fruits, vegetables and whole grains you can eat in one day!


Side effects may include: more energy, losing weight, sleeping better, lowering blood pressure, improving blood sugar and possibly eliminating the need for diabetic prescriptions; reducing and possibly eliminating the need for statins; reduced risk of cancer, decrease in the rate of aging and extended life span.
